Joseph W. Elliott. Joe Elliott is a native of North Kansas City, Missouri, and was born on December 8, 1958. He received his undergraduate degree from Evangel College (B.A., magna cum laude, 1980). Joe received his law degree in 1983 from the University of Missouri at Columbia. While in law school he was selected as a member of the National Order of Barristers and

received the Roscoe Anderson Award for Excellence in Moot Court. Joe is very active in the community as a participant on various civic boards in St. Joseph. Joe and his wife Marlene reside in St. Joseph with their two children. Joe primarily handles matters involving personal injury claims and litigation, business and commercial litigation, wrongful death and insurance litigation.
